Review of Joyce Chen Pro Chef 14-Inch Flat Bottom Wok Set with Excalibure Nonstick Coating

this is by far the best wok i've ever used. comparing with other wok, this is heavier (the only setback i can think of) but sturdy and solid. the wok heats up rapidly and food cooked very evenly and fast. if you do alot of stirred fry then this wok should be considered. for serious cook only.
