as these are the best. I've used other skillets but these pans are the best I have ever used. Believe me you won't need butter or oil to cook things unless you want flavor - you won't even need to use cooking spray when you make eggs! The pan cooks even - keep in mind though this pan does cook higher than other pans so you won't need a high flame. They wash up well and the quality is excellent.
