Review of Emerilware Hard Anodized Non-Stick Saute Pans

Emerilware Hard Anodized Non-Stick Saute PansWe have the larger version of this pan so it led us to this baby version. For 3 years I searched for cookware NOT made in China to no avail. Found and bought some manufactured in Italy that are OK but nothing special. Wife came home with the BIG version of this pan and I was stunned at the quality when cooking. It doesn't burn ANYTHING. NOTHING sticks either. I can cook completely even at lower temps. I can have my bacon or steak on one side, throw in hash-browns to the other side, when everything is about done, toss in some eggs and NO stick (this with the larger pan)! Everything cooks perfect, one wipe with a sponge and it is clean.
I have no idea if this pan is safe or not being from China, but I will die HAPPY and well fed if it doesn't go well! This is such a great set of pans after all the cheap garbage I have had to replace every few months and that never worked that well anyway. It also has a handle that stays ICE COLD so you will not get burned. Looks like I'm gonna get fat again....
