It's difficult to find a canister set that is airtight and also large enough. I think I've searched my whole life for that perfect set. THIS ONE IS IT!!! Honestly, I wanted the Calphalon set because it would match my cookware and I thought the brushed finish would be easier to keep clean but I bought this set because of the size and I am so happy I did! The smallest canister holds an entire 5 lb bag of sugar, and I use the other two for all-purpose flour and bread flour, and yes, they hold the entire bag!
