This is a really green pan...it uses less energy because of the even heating and it's heat retention quality. DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT on this pan, you don't need it. It functions perfectly with medium to low heat. This pan also matches perfectly with my Fiesta dishes, down to the concentric circle design. It is also priced to fit into almost any budget.
