I love anodized aluminum's even heating. What I love the most about this Circulon Elite is; how the manufacturer carried over the non-stick from the inside to the exterior of the pan. I've had this pan for over a year and it looks brand new. I was really impressed when I read the Consumer's Report Dec, 2005 edition on the tuffest non stick. Circulon was in the top 3! I can see why! The handle is silicone, always cool.I'm completely satisfied!!
