Ahh, what a pleasure to use this pot. Easy to cook with, great for sauce reductions, works great for ethnic foods, easy to stir, easy to carry, great size on the stove top,easy to clean, feels much lighter than the traditional all hard anodized pots .....and so attractive. If I were to own only one pot, this contempo. 5 qt. quart pot would be it! This is Calphalon at their best.
Hopefully they will come out with a 10-16 quart. version of this pot.
