If you're reading this, you're one of the dwindling number of people who actually want to lard meat. Get this needle. The design allows you to push the needle and the attached strip of lard all the way through the meat. I have not tried the kind that have wooden handles at the back, but being able to just pull the whole unit through was so easy that it seems like it must be better than the sort of modified "push" you would have to use with the handled type.Product Description
