I had been searching for a Westbend everywhere and no one seemed to have it in stock. My old one of 6 years died and I bought a Cuisineart and it didn't do the job well. With the Westbend the eggs come out perfect as we like them soft but not runny.Children love soft boiled eggs and I find this poduct to be the best.
