I can't say this is misrepresented.It does hold 10 fluid ounces at it's capacity.It will not hold 10 oz. with the pestle in it.I bought it for making pesto and it's not going to be big enough for that.It is pretty and for grinding spices it will be fine.I wish they would make a larger one and I would buy it.Product Description
