I wish I had had this pasta insert years ago!No more trips to the sink with a heavy pot of pasta in hot water, no more scalding steam coming out as I pour the water in the sink.When the pasta is done, I just lift the insert out of the pot, hold it for a few seconds to let the water drain out, and then dump the pasta in a serving dish. Fits in my 8-quart stockpot but probably could be used in other sized pots as well.Product Description
Use this pasta insert with our 8.2 quart stock pot (POTC24). Using this insert avoids having to use a colander in order to strain noodles. Restaurants often use this insert to avoid having to reheat water. Simply fill the insert with a fresh batch of pasta and insert it into the already boiling water from the first batch. The stock pot's cover will also fit on this steamer insert.
