This is the fourth perdero everyday frying pan that I have purchased.The first for me, the others as gifts.
As a "mature" cook, that is, OLD, I have enjoyed cooking and using good cookware for years.This pan is the best!I use it, with a roasting rack, for roasting; on the stove top for frying, sauteing, simmering.
The most wonderful part is after it's great performance as a cooking utensil it cleans like a dream!
I would highly recommend this pan!
