Review of MIU France 10 Piece 5Ply Clad Cookware Set

Absolutely wonderful cookware set. I wasn't familiar with the Miu name before ordering, but had seen a review online that said their 5-ply line was comparable to All-Clad. I own quite a bit of All-Clad, and so far this Miu cookware compares very favorably - at less than half the price of All-Clad. If you're looking for a high quality set, but don't want to spend $1000 or more, this is a fabulous buy.

MIU France 5-Ply Clad 10-Piece Cookware Set, Item #: 95077.Originally designed for professional chefs, each pan has 5 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating.The pure aluminum core is fused with two aluminum alloy layers, sandwiched between durable magnetic stainless steel.
