I am not a big fan of the no stick coating pans because most of them you still need to put oil on them and the coating just seems to fall off after a few days of kid glove treatment, so with that in mind, I saw this on add at Amazon.com and thuoght why not, one last try, to see if it works, if it doesn't, I'll return it to amazon and get my money back, so I bought it and I am glad I did, first the stone coating works real well you just have to remember to season it like cast iron griddle, and when the pan heats up it realy smells like hot stone, the meat tasts like wow!!! I had a long time ago in Seattle a steak cooked on a rock gridle and it was realy good and so was the chicken I cooked last night, and clean up was a brease, the only thing is be careful what pot holder you use to lift the lid I nearly dropped the glass lid because of my oven mit, I didn't feel that dropped the over all score ,but FYI.Product Description
