This is an outstanding kitchen scale that combines beautiful form with ideal functionality.The scale exhibits good accuracy and linearity over the complete 5000 x 1g range.I can tare large vessels, i.e. Kitchen Aid mixing bowl, and add large amounts of ingredients, i.e. 700 g of flour to make pizza dough. And, its attractive design fits nicely into my kitchen.The glass top can be easily removed for cleaning and the glass/silver/black colors combined with the architecture of the scale give a great Euro look!Mostly, however, I like the fact that it does just what it is supposed to do without a lot of annoying extra buttons that some other scales have in a vain attempt to add extra value.Right now I am buying a second one for my mother-in-law!
