This is a Paella pan, not a fry pan as pictured. It has two handles (one on each side) and is supposed to be used to serve in also. Picture a metal casserole dish used for cooking and serving. It is lighter weight than I had hoped, but still heavier than most cookwear sold at discount stores so I am overall pleased with my purchase, all things being considered.Product Description
