Review of Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless 10-Inch Nonstick Omelette Pan

I own many Calphalon pans and all are either the stainless tri-ply or the nonstick stainless like this.I have the 8", 10" and 12" pans.These pans are made of the highest quality.The outside has a brilliant polished stainless luster and the inside a very high quality non-stick surface.I can make anything in these and clean up is a breeze.Burn stuff on it and it will practically come clean with a paper towel!It takes a quick wash with a soft cloth and it is done.Food never sticks.I use these almost everyday and have had no problems, the non-stick is just like new still.I never use metal utensils, only wood, plastic, or ideally silicone.Also, don't put them in the dishwasher, they clean easy and you risk etching them with the harsh chemicals in dishwasher detergent.Also, even though it has a metal handle, it stays cool.It will start to get hot if you cook on very high heat or for an extended period of time, but in most cases it stays cool to the touch and I don't need to employ a hot pad.A great pan for reasonable money!!
