Review of Staub Reversible Grill, 13 3/4 Inchx 8 5/8 Inch

This is the only real reversible griddle I could find for a glass top or ceramic stove.While it's a little pricey for what you get, I couldn't be happier with the end result: nicely seared, moist, evenly cooked meat/poultry, etc. Plus, you get the nice grill marks. You just can't get the same result with a regular (18/10 stainless or anodized aluminum) pan.

As a caution, I almost gave the griddle 4 stars, due to initial difficulty with cleaning it.I have since learned, by trial and error, it's much easier to clean if you liberally apply "Bar Keeper's Friend" and let the griddle sit for a couple hours.Then, use a nylon dish scrubber.
