Tom Douglas Epicurean Cutting Board is truly one of the best. What makes it better than most is, not only its [environmentally-friendly] manufacturing from sustainable harvested trees, but its practical ability to be duly used as a serving tray.
We entertain with both hot and cold entrees, and this board is amazingly heat-resistant to 350 degrees. Although we've been skeptical about its claim of resistance to knife-dulling, we have yet to experience such results.The fact that this cutting board is dishwasher-safe makes it highly desirable; plus, the silicone edges also work as promised to avoid movement during use.
Overall, this board is highly recommended.
