When I purchased them I was thinking that I'll probably get what I pay for, but I can't believe how great these are.They're stainless steel so there is no poisonous material being scraped into your food.The base is thick so food doesn't burn.I LOVE the fact that the handles are plastic so I don't burn my hand when they get hot.My only complain about them is that the handles are not screwed in tight enought even when I try to tighten it myself, so the handle moves slightly when I hold it.
