This is the first non-stainless steel frying pan that I have purchased.I was tired of the material flaking off the stainless steel pans, so I hopefully gave this one a try.It cooks very evenly and works well.It is easy to clean, too.The food doesn't quite slide off as easily as it does on stainless steel, but hard scrubbing wasn't required, either.I plan to get more pans like this.Product Description
