I was so impressed with the quality of this pan, compared to the more expensive ones I own. It is so easy to cook omelets, hashbrowns, crepes, and all my families other favorite dishes. The clean up is virtually painless too. This pan will last a very long time due to its fine construction and durability.I'm so very pleased and plan on purchasing other sizes as well.
