I was given this griddle as a gift and LOVE it!It stays flat on the stove-top (the corners of my old one lifted off the stove when hot) and it cooks food evenly.Although you shouldn't put this in the dishwasher, food just lifts off of it so it cleans up very quickly and easily.I would recomment this griddle to anyone looking for an even-cooking, easy-to-clean heavy-duty griddle.Product Description
