This has been one of my best purchases yet the pan has perfect heating on low, med and high heat most likelybecause of the thick layer of metal. The pan is not heavy at all, however and is easy to handle.It is listed as being oven safe to 400, yet on the information slip that was packaged with the pan it is rated as 450.The nonstick is very impressive I have not had a problem with anything yet and the coating has held up to my fork happy wife as well. So far there has not been any warping and the bottom is still as flat as when it arrived.
I love size it fit 4 slice of toast at a time for quicker, cheese sandwiches and impressive sized crepes.
