I truly love this skillet!As a serious cook with a large family, I use it often for pasta, stews, stir frying -- you name it.It holds enough for my brood without being too heavy to handle.The quality really makes it worth the price.It heats up quickly and evenly and cleans up with just a quick wipe!
The only complaint I've had with this pan is that I can't use my favorite utensils with it (you can only use nylon/silicone utensils). And yet, ironically, Calphalon has put metal around the rim and handle of the glass lid which tends to scratch the pan when you store them together.Otherwise, it's a terrific piece of cookware that anyone would enjoy using!
