Very well made tongs that I use on anythting from serving salad, to flipping grilled cheese in the nonstick, to turning sausage in the cast iron.The high temp silcone tips are great and rated at 575 degrees can be used on the grill as well.I liked them so well I bought the 16" stainless pair for grill.The locking mechanism is easy to open/close, again quality.Buy them you will not be sorry.
