Review of Paula Deen 12 Inch x 20 Inch Cast Iron Double Burner Griddle

I have a professional 4-burner range, each burner is 1ft. square. This fits perfect over 2 burners.It weighs I beleive almost 20 lbs.?so not for the weak. It is well seasoned and this is something that can be handed down many generations.
