I got this to use with canning for when you need something plastic and flat to stick in the jar to push against the contents to release trapped air bubbles.Before I was using a plastic spoon but it was not as flat as this is so sometimes was difficult to fit in the jar.This is made of a good firm plastic and is flat.Product Description
