Review of Keilen Italian Villa 14-by-15-Inch Rectangular Bread Baking Stone with Jumbo Pizza Cutter

I'm no expert on baking, so I can't really say if this is the best stone out there, but it does the job for me.The only gripes are that, since it's somewhat porous, it collects flour sometimes, and it's hard to get them out, they they do come out pretty easily once they carbonize from repeated baking (though that in itself isn't the best outcome!).

Be sure to measure your oven to be sure this will fit.

If you need to substitute in a pinch, I hear that unglazed ceramic tiles from your nearest home-improvement/supply store will do the trick, but I don't know what the price comparison is like.
