I bought this pan yesterday.I used it today and it is all that Le Creuset is known for....great quality!!It was very easy to clean.One of it's great features is the polished stainless steel interior.It did not discolor like other stainless steel pans do.I did not have to use Barkeeper's friend to make it look new again, just dish soap and water.This pan is worth having, I highly recommend it.Product Description
