Review of Farberware Millennium Soft Touch 8-Inch Nonstick Skillet

I had the older model of this same pan (with all-metal handle) and just recently bought a new one as a replacement. The old pan lasted about 5 years, but the nonstick surface got worn eventually.

It is a nice, thick-bottomed pan, very handy when cooking for one or two or if you need just to toast a handful of nuts, for example.

The only reason I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because I feel that the new handle is just a bit too long and cheap-looking. The old one was just perfect.

Product Description
One of the most used pans in any well-equipped kitchen. Skillets have sloped sides so that foods slide out easily. This small size is ideal for cooking eggs for two or sauteing fresh mushrooms and onions to top your steak. The nonstick surface makes cleanup effortless.
