In my personal opinion, this product is a bit pricey. It's not expensive but not cheap. If you like to make a mousse cake, this product is right for you! I like to make a mouse cake and I can also use it for another kind of cake.
I've had this product for months and I don't see any problem.
I think it's better to use this setting ring than a spring form pan. Imagine how many spring form pans you need? one for 7", one for 8", one for 9", ..............
This one is adjustable.
I think this product plus round pans (for baking) is the perfect combination.
