Review of Mundial 5100 Series 7-Inch Santoku Knife, Black

I'm not a professional but this knife seems like a well constructed, heavy duty knife. It is extremely sharp out of the box- only time will tell if it lives up to expectations. Thus far, it compares favorably to my Henckels 8" chef's knife. The Mundial 5100 7" Santoku is actually heavier though the handle is slightly smaller.
