Review of Baker's Secret 3-Piece Springform Value Pack

One of my set of three pans (the 7") arrived damaged (the buckle was stuck).The other two were working fine and did not seem flimsy.I was disappointed, but immediately called the Baker's Secret number on the enclosure.They're FedExing me a replacement today, hassle-free.The call took two minutes, which in itself is amazing.Very impressed.Save the enclosure--they may not last forever, but they're warrantied for 5 years--and unlike some companies, they really do seem to live up to that warranty.Recommend these for home bakers, and those not using them all the time.
