Mauviel pots and pans are superb for use with induction cooktops.The pans are heavy, cook very evenly, and make perfect use of induction's instant heat.I was surprised to find out that my very expensive Swiss cookware did not have enough iron to work on an induction burner.The Mauviel pans work perfectly.Because the pans are not nonstick coated, clean up is more difficult but to me avoiding nonstick products is worth the extra clean up time.
And here is a plug for another wonderful product:the Viking induction hotplate.It is beautiful and functions perfectly. Liquids boil almost immediately; stir fry and sautes are equally quick.

I'm having so much fun with this pan! Makes melt in the mouth drop biscuits--I use the recipe for buttermilk drop biscuits in the "Cast Iron for Dummies" cookbook--that are just as pretty and fluffy as rolled biscuits. Just don't forget to preheat the pan! I've turned out excellent "spoon" yeast rolls in this pan too, and it works great for baking individual pineapple upside down cakes. I use cast iron for nearly all my cooking and this pan is a welcome addition to my kitchen.
I love this pan.It is big enough to do so many things, it makes the pan very versatile. I've used it for pasta dishes, soups, scrambled eggs for a group, and of course pan frying.
Not having any experience with this brand I was a bit hesitant to order.The 8 lb. shipping weight decided me and I am glad.This is a great saute pan, very heavy, extremely well made.Worth every penny.
This product does what it says....Warms your tortillas. It may not be the most attractive design but it does what it is intended to do. For the price and the performance...why spend more on a fancy schmancy one?
I own many items from the Le Creuset stoneware collection, and I must say that they are all of superb quality.This square panis perfect for baking and serving my favorite side dishes and desserts.I have been impressed over and over again at how non-stick the surface of this bakeware is.Everything I have put into Le Creuset bakeware - brownies, casseroles, refried beans, etc. - has come clean with zero elbow grease.In fact, the dishwasher usually gets them sparkling clean without my help!I highly recommend this product as well as everything else from this line.
