These sancerre dishes are fabulous.I have the whole set, and love that they stack effortlessly in a drawer and take up very little space.I like the heaviness of this set, and feel that it's sturdy enough to give to a toddler so they can eat out of a real bowl.This size is especially good for serving vegetables or mac 'n cheese to children or for other smaller tasks such as setting jello.

I have found my LAST kitchen bake ware.Bought the lasagna baker, and immediately ordered a second, smaller baker.These products are remarkable...Definitely worth their expense.Clean like a breeze!Just sorry I discovered this company after I collected so many less expensive products.

I use these all of the time for custard, pate and other small prtions.Porcelain is good but fragile.Nevertheless, these dishes are sturdy and large enough for a good sized portion.

I like this dish so much I bought a second one.It is a beautiful dish in which to serve salads and other things.And of course it works very well as a baking dish.It has a stylish Asian flair that will never go out of style.

The Pillivuyt Quartet 10-inch square tart dish is the perfect dish for roasted vegetables, quiche or your favorite fruit or savory tart. The Quartet look is based on a dish towel that was popular in the Berry region of France at the turn of the last century; the design has a pleasing rumpled look. The rustic lines of this 100 year old pattern are maintained in Pillivuyt's Quartet collection which includes plates in five sizes, rimmed and un-rimmed bowls in four sizes, platters in three sizes, roasters in three sizes and many other pieces. The walls of these dishes, as in all Pillivuyt items, are created with a perfectly uniform thickness for exceptionally even and efficient heat conduction. This produces a beautiful browned crust that will slide easily out of the pan when you are ready to serve it. Review of Pillivuyt Eden Round Gratin Dish Large, 9 Inches, 2 Quart Capacity

My dearest husband started collecting a range of dishes while living in Denmark. When we got married we expanded on his collection, adding the larger pieces. This bowl is so practical. For roasting veg I can pull this out of the oven and put it right down on the dinner table. I have also cooked smaller meat joints, fish and even shepherds pie in it! The best part about this dish is that it can hold up to six servings of veg in it. We have other oven to table dishes but this one is much lighter and the handles make it easier to hold. For some reason it's also easier to clean. I guess it is something to do with the glaze.
