Review of Mundial 5100 Series 7-Inch Santoku Knife with Hollow Edge, White

I have previously purchased and used Santoku knives made by Wusthof and Henckels, they both cost considerably more $, neither provide the balance or comfort of the Mundial particularly if you like to hold forward on the grip as I do.
The Mundial also seems to hold its edge every bit as well as its more expensive competitors.
