I bought this for my wife for Christmas last year. She and my daughter are the cooks in the house, not me. But I've seen this get used many times and I'm amazed that literally nothing sticks to it. I'm not even sure if it's ever been washed, there's just no need. It's also the perfect size for the bridged burners on our GE range (see GE Profile JB968TKWW 30" Electric Range with 5 Radiant Elements, Tri-Ring & Bridge Element, 5.3 cu. ft. Self Clean PreciseAir Convection Oven, QuickSet VI Glass Touch Controls and 1.2 cu. ft. Lower Oven: True White). Whilst I don't really know what people look for in a griddle I do know this suits us fine and seems like it will last forever.

Review of Cirulon Infinite 11-Inch Open Skillet

This skillet has every convenience and works beautifully. The best part is that it's fully dishwasher safe. I don't have many skillets that I can just pop into the dishwasher.

I feel I should comment about the handle. If you're accustomed to a skillet with steeper sides or non-metal handles, be aware that on higher flame the handle *does* get hot, just like pro cookware. If you handle your skillets while cooking, I suggest using a handle cover or towel to avoid burns.

Review of Circulon Infinite Circulon 8-Inch Open Skillet

I bought the 8" skillet to supplement my 10 piece circulon Infite set.Non stick and dishwasher safe is for me.So far it's lived up to the advertising.I just toss the the cookware in to the dishwasher and it comes out great.Circulon Infite is non stick - I can't figure out how they do that but omletes come out without sticking without being sprayed and without use of oil or butter.

This frying pan allows you to grill almost like on a barbecue and with little oil or butter.Cleanup is easy if you soak pan first and then hand wash since it is not recommended for the dishwasher.I like this pan so much I bought one for all the ladies that cook in my family.

Review of Circulon Infinite Circulon 3-Quart Covered Saute Pan with Helper Handle

Having been through several non-stick products, including an expensive set of Calphalon, I have found the perfect pan for my smooth top stove.The other pans eventually warped and were not able to be put into the dishwasher (a big deal to my husband).I have this pan for about 3 months now, and it is used about every day.It is still gorgeous and shows no sign of warping.The lid is also nice and hefty and seals to the pan perfectly.

I was kind of leery about the rings in the bottom and was just sure that it would be a problem with food getting stuck.Not at all.Now that I have tried one of these wonderful pans, I intend to buy a whole set.Way to go, Circulon.

Review of Circulon 2 Hard-Anodized Aluminum 3 Quart Nonstick Saucepot with Lid

I got this pot a couple months ago, and have always washed it by hand.It's a lovely pot, and I still think a good value, and the perfect medium size for a family of four to make veggies in, or a one-meal pot of soup.The nonstick is great.But the rubber on the handles is already loosening, and I suspect I'm going to end up doing something to either try to glue it down, or replace it.

Review of Circulon Elite 10-Inch Nonstick Hard-Anodized Open French Skillet

I love anodized aluminum's even heating. What I love the most about this Circulon Elite is; how the manufacturer carried over the non-stick from the inside to the exterior of the pan. I've had this pan for over a year and it looks brand new. I was really impressed when I read the Consumer's Report Dec, 2005 edition on the tuffest non stick. Circulon was in the top 3! I can see why! The handle is silicone, always cool.
I'm completely satisfied!!

This is a very nice griddle.Looks exactly like my Circulon fryer pan.It makes great pancakes, (looking forward to grilled sandwiches).To the lady who doesn't think you can put it in the dishwasher.I think it says that you can on the instructions, but why?It takes a squirt of soap and about 5 seconds and its clean and ready to go again.I swear I have never cooked anything on Circulon that doesn't usually just wipe right off of it.It has a smooth finished bottom that won't scratch a ceramic glass oven top.Heats up evenly and cooks great.Really nice rubberized and stainless handle.Stays cool and gives a good grip.

Review of Circulon 2 10-Inch, 3-Quart Covered Dutch Saute Pan

We bought this to replace a Circulon saute pan that was over 16 years old and it was rusting in the grooved interior. The original was all metal without non-stick coating. This pan appeared to be the equivalent with the coating added. I like the new saute pan both for even heating and for its durable non-stick coating. I have used it for over a year now. The one disappointment is that this is thinner or lighter metal than the original. Foods and sauces can scorch or burn more easily. The original was amazing for how scorching or burning were avoided, apparently thanks to the grooved Circulon surface in the bottom interior of the pan.I must be more vigilant now with this pan and I place it on par with other good saute pans I owned before the Circulon.

I am happy to say my experience in shopping on amazon.com has been really positive.I purchased the 12 cup circulon cupcake pan and when I received it, the handle on one end was bent in.I called the company on the invoice and they sent me another pan saying for me to keep the damaged one for the inconvenience.I received the second pan in perfect condition.I am pleased with the integrity of the companies.

I have the 10-piece Circulon Elite set, and purchased this pot to go with that set.It's bigger than the saucepans that come in the set, so it's a nice addition.It's a bit taller and narrower than other saucepans of similar size, which I find helps to balance the pan when it's full and I'm lifting it between the stove and other locations.It heats evenly and it seems to be of good quality.

This pot replaced our old Circulon pot that was almost 20 years old. This pot is definitely a step up from the regular Circulon line. It's much more heavy duty and the lid is really great and tight fitting. The non-stick coating seems very tough and the whole pot is very well made.

Review of Circulon 2 14-Inch Covered Wok

Better than Circulon classic. Love the non-stick and the bigger size. My old one is a Circulon classic and the non-stick worn out after 5-6 years.

Note: After almost 3 years, this wok still ROCKS! I have owned other Circulon but the non-stick wore out after 3-5 years. I think the reason is 1) I seldom use oil when cooking, 2) I boil water using the saucepan, 3) I use canola oil. I have read somewhere - Do not use canola oil on Circulon's non-stick. You can search the term "canola oil" and "Circulon" on the web. I am not sure if the canola oil is truly a culprit.

For the wok, I always use oil for stir fry so it's still great.

Also, I just discovered (too late!) "Bar Keeper's Friend." This little white powdery thing can clean up the "rainbow" stain on the stainless steel wok cover like magic! For $1.99, it solves a problem beautifully.

NOTE: DO NOT USE BAR KEEPER'S FRIEND ON THE NON-STICK SURFACE!! It's only for the stainless steel wok cover.

This is a great item.Cleans easily.Good size for use on the stove.Be aware that the lid does have holes in it for pouring - this is a great feature, but for some cooking it might not be ideal.For us, it is great.It also has glass in the lid, so you can watch your food simmer.

We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.

* Very Thick Bottoms - Allows for even heating of cooking surface

* Great Nonstick Surface - Really nonstick, no issues at all - DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!
