I bought these for my sister for christmas for her new apartment because she loves pink, and I was worried because I had never heard of the brand. They are great pans for the money, they are non-stick and wash very easily. I would buy them for myself!

Review of Oneida Cook'n'Pour Stainless Steel, 7-Piece Cookware Set

This pan set is very high quality for a reasonable price.I bought this set to replace the yukky teflon pans that start peeling up after a couple years, gross!I was nervous that the stainless steel would cause sticking as I've heard, but I've had no problem.I warm up the pan on low to medium before adding anything, then during cooking I only go up to medium to high heat.If something sticks initially, keep cooking on low to medium heat and eventually it will release and give a nice flavor to your food.The pour spouts and colander lids work great for numerous things.I hand-wash mine to extend their life and they clean up easily.

Something to note, the 10" pan that comes with this set is the same as the 10" deep saute pan sold on Amazon, so no need to purchase that separately.

Review of Bialetti Commercial 10 Piece Cookware Set

I received the Bialetti pans in the last half of April.I delayed writing this review until I had a chance to work with them.Overall, they're very nice pans that cook well.(The 2-qt pan does a beautiful job of cooking rice.)Each one has a heavy disc on the bottom for even heating.I haven't timed them, but I believe these pans heat up quicker than my old (T-Fal) pans did.

The non-stick surface is holding up well though I've been careful to use non-metal utensils.When you first wash them, the non-stick surface is somewhat rough.As the pans are used, they get smoother.The outer finish does stain as other reviewers have mentioned, but that's not a big deal to me.

The set came with glass lids which fit well.The lid handles get warm over time and the glass fogs up a bit, but you do get a glimpse of what's happening in the pan.There are no lids for the skillets, though.

There are a couple of less-impressive features:

--When I saw the pans on Amazon, the product description said they were dishwasher safe.However, the box they came in recommends hand-washing.Being dishwasher safe is what sold me on them and I'm putting them in the dishwasher anyway.I don't use a powdered cleaner so I'm not worried about the non-stick finish, but there is a decorative "metallic" piece glued on the handles that may loosen with repeated exposure.(Losing the "metallic" pieces may actually be an improvement.)

--The smallest saucepan and the smallest skillet, when empty, tip over because of the heavy, bulky handles.If you hang your pots from a rack, you may be disappointed by the large size of the handles.

If Bialetti would ask for my input, I would say:1) Update the handles:straighten the curve out and make them less bulky.Do away with the decorative "metallic" piece.2) Offer various pans to supplement the original set:maybe a grill pan, griddle, extra saucepans?I would buy additional pans if they were available.

Review of Bialetti Italian Ultimate 13-Piece Cookware Set

These are exactly what I wanted!I seasoned them like the directions called for and they have performed wonderfully.Even cooking, very quick clean up--dishwasher not been necessary and I specifically looked for nonstick cookware that I could put in the dishwasher.Silicone handles perform as expected.Definately recommend this set to anyone who is looking for cookware that gets used on a daily basis.

Review of Bialetti Italian Collection, 8 Piece Cookware Set

The lids on these and the pouring spouts in the pans make this the easiest to use cookware ever. I have bought expensive cookware in the past and they held up no longer than themore modestly priced offerings. Just makesure you get the Italian line. It has the pour feature on the pans and the clear lid with and drain/steam escape option on the lid. Also a rubber top handle so no potholder is necessary.
