I have a need to eat high protein and smaller portions five times each day, along with 80-100 ounces of water to keep my weight down and my health in a positive place. This cooler of which I have 2 sizes allows me to keep my food either cold or warm. The 19qt size is the proper size for the amount that I carry. I was a 255 lbs man, and currently am 175 lbs. Yes, daily,cardio, is a must, it has been over 3 1/2 years at this reduced weight. It can be accomplished without surgery, or medication. I am a heart attack, and cancer survivor.
