I've used these to bake everything from a rump roast to Shepard's pie, and they are fantastic.Nice and thick porcelain meaning no burnt bottoms and a breeze to clean.The large pot will hold a 6lb roast with no problems.The smaller one is perfect for side dishes like green bean casserole or baked beans. Best part is they are pleasing to the eye and make a perfect serving dish...straight from the oven to the table.
