Review of Cuisinox Elite 9.5 Inch Steamer Insert

Great construction, but does not fit my 9.5" le creuset everyday pan.It is on the big side of 9 1/2 inches.

Product Description
A good way for vegetables to retain their nutrients and color is to steam them as opposed to boiling them. Simply insert this steamer into a 24 cm pot (POT324 or POT324H) and the boiling water in the receiving pot provides hot steam to the steamer above. Use the recieving pot's cover on the steamer above to seal in maximum heat. This steamer insert may also be used as a colander.
