Review of Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Universal Double Boiler with Cover

This is a very nice & heavy-duty double boiler.It fits snugly on the Cuisinart pots and sits nice & level.The scooped out bottom makes it very easy to manipulate the ingredients.

High quality and sturdy constructions.I can't think of anything I would change.
