Review of Ballarini Heavy Weight Select Silver 11 Inch Griddle

Didn't know much about this brand when purshased, but am impressed with the weight and construction of this griddle.The non stick coating seems to be very good also.No complaints, but I think the warranty should match that of other brands.5 years is okay, but some others are offering lifetime.This one fact almost influenced me to purchase a different brand.That aside, am happy with purchase.
