Picked up 2 of deez bad lil' sauce pans for work and they perform as well as my solid copper Mauviel. Quick heat transition and holding...easy and quick to clean. I must add that this adonized finish requires extra care...not as much as copper but more than MC2 or Stainless AllClad...but I don't mind... I like LTD and I have 27 pieces at work now.I'm shoppin' for a full set at home now!!!
