When I started learning to cook, which wasn't that long ago, I used my mom's "Fancy schmancy" cookware. I hated it. It was terrible cookware and even when you do everything right, the food comes out wrong.So I bought this skillet. Since I've gotten this one I have actually used it. I'm not burning food, food isn't sticking and I love it.
It is a little heavy for me to lift which is why I plan to purchase a smaller size as well.
